Over 30 years of Judo experience
Coached champions in Thai boxing, Submission Grappling and MMA.
Coached Body Fitness champions.


Group classes take place at the gym in Hardwick, Cambridge or Old Hurst, Huntingdon. These involve weightlifting, conditioning circuits, bodyweight gymnastics and yoga. Mixed Martial Arts fitness classes incorporating Thai boxing pad work and bag work also take place at the same gym.
