Personal Training Sessions can either take place in your own home(all equipment will be provided) or within a gym in Huntingdon or St Ives.

Training will be aimed towards your needs after the initial consultation. Nutritional advice and online training is also available.

Group classes take place at the gym in Madingley, Cambridge or Huntingdon. These involve yoga, mobility circuits, bodyweight routines and ring work. Mixed Martial Arts fitness classes incorporating Thai boxing pad work and bag work also take place at the same gym.
