6:20am-7am  HIIT (High intensity interval training). Hardwick gym.

7:15pm-8:15pm Stretch and Strength Class. Hardwick gym.

8:15pm-9:30pm Judo/grappling


Tuesday:

8pm Yoga Stretch and Strength. Old Hurst, Huntingdon


Wednesday:

8pm-9:15pm Thai boxing fitness(padwork and circuit training) Hardwick gym.


Thursday:

6:20am-7am HIIT. Hardwick gym


Friday:

6pm-7pm Thai boxing fitness(padwork and circuit training). Huntingdon (next to the bus station).


Sunday:

5:15pm-6:15pm Yoga stretch  . Hardwick gym
